GIVING BACK
Rhonda’s lifelong mission is to encourage, empower, and inspire people of all ages. She communicates this message through her music, public speaking, and also through her philanthropic work. Rhonda is proud to sit on the boards of the following not-for-profit organizations: Hearts of Gold, Figure Skating in Harlem, and The Motown Museum’s Motown EDU – all of which focus on the education and well-being of children. She regularly gives her time, talent and dollars to other organizations with similar missions.

Raif-Henok
is the only child of performing artists Rhonda Ross and Rodney Kendrick. As a homeschooler, he travels the world with his parents. At only 10 yrs old, he is already fluent and literate in French, Spanish & Mandarin.
Raif is an enthusiastic learner. He’s kind, confident, energetic, and interested in EVERYTHING. Some of his favorite subjects are history, science and math, but mostly he is a creative soul, an actor, dancer and an irrepressible story-maker. Very creative with a rich imagination, Raif is always creating stories and characters
and he is currently writing a book series titled,
Blackindra Black Blood (based on Egyptian mythology)
Raif is also an athlete. An avid student of boxing, he is also on the Ski Race Team and enjoys swimming, surfing and basketball.
Raif cares about the earth and the people on it and is always looking for ways to help humanity (homelessness and kids with cancer are two areas he wants to help improve).
